Believing in yourself is one of the most important characteristics in life. Once you see your traits in a positive light, and start seeing yourself for the magnificent person you are, every day becomes so much easier to live through. When you realize that you are awesome, people around you notice it and want to follow your lead.
You have to seize the day, every day! Every day, I try to think that today is the best day I ever had, and I strive to make that happen. When I do this, good things happen during the day. Other people love to follow behind enthusiastic people, and so they try to help you realize your dream for the day.
So when I wake up in the morning, I look at myself in the mirror and say “I love myself. I look good and this is going to be a great day!” I am awesome!

Each day allows you to begin again. As you wake, remind yourself that your future is not yet written. You have the ability to make it what you will.

A great way to start your day is by writing down what you want to achieve, and putting it down in a positive way. Then imagine what you are going to do to achieve it. Image how the end result is going to turn out, and how you will feel when it’s done. Visualize how your day goes by with ease, joy, and happiness, and that you handle whatever comes your way.
You have to take responsibility for your own life and happiness, so why not start today. Make sure you prepare before each day, and choose to think positive thoughts before you start anything. You will soon see a difference in your productivity.
Checklist for today
- When you wake up, write down 3 things that you would like to achieve today (no matter how small or how big).
- Take a few minutes to imagine how you would feel after having achieved each of these things.
- Store that feeling in your mind, and try to think back to it throughout the day. Motivate yourself to achieve your goals in this way.
- Before you begin the day, visualize how the day would go buy with ease and happiness.
- Promise yourself to keep this feeling in your heart the entire day.
